What is Club 52?

Get your unabridged, straight from the pulpit message from Creflo A. Dollar and Taffi L. Dollar. It’s just like sitting in the front row at the World Dome! You can automatically receive every Wednesday and Friday Bible Study as well as the Sunday service – sent to your door, every week of the year. It’s called Club 52.

Every Wednesday, the preceding week’s services will be mailed to all Club52 subscribers. You can subscribe for a three-month (39 messages), six-month (78 messages) or the best value which is a 12-month subscription (156 messages) – where shipping is FREE.

Here’s how the payment plans work:

Quarterly – full amount charged to your checking or charge account

Semi-Annual – you have the option of paying in full or having your checking or charge account automatically debited for the monthly charge.

Annual - you have the option of paying in full or having your checking or charge account automatically debited for the monthly charge. However, if you pay in full, shipping is FREE, a savings of over $100!

Messages are available in audio tape, VHS, CD and DVD formats.

Note: While the majority of the messages will be taught by Creflo and Taffi L. Dollar, all subscriptions may include guest speakers or other ministers when they minister at the Dome. When a convention is held at the Dome, we reserve the right to substitute another message. See Terms of Agreement for details.

Tape Club Subscription Agreement

1. Enrollment in the Subscription Service

You are agreeing to purchase a subscription to WCCI’s “Tape Club”, in which enrollment entitles you to receive Sunday, Wednesday, and Friday service message tapes preached at World Changers Church International, Inc. (aka “Creflo Dollar Ministries”) for one of the following time periods (each, a "subscription term"): (i) three months (39 messages), (ii) six months (78 messages), or (iii) twelve months (156 messages), subject to certain limitations as described herein. By subscribing to this Subscription Service, you are representing to us that you are authorized to use the credit card and/or bank card you submit for payment.

2. Term, Fees And Payments

(a) Initial Subscription Payment/Methods of Payment and Credit Card Terms
By registering for the Subscription Service, you agree that you will pay the applicable fee for the Subscription Service that you selected upon registration. We will charge your credit card the subscription fee indicated at the time you registered for the subscription. Your card issuer agreement governs your use of your designated card in connection with the Subscription Service, and you must refer to that agreement and not this agreement to determine your rights and liabilities as a cardholder. YOU, AND NOT WCCI, ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR PAYING ANY AMOUNTS BILLED TO YOUR CREDIT CARD BY A THIRD PARTY, WHICH WERE NOT AUTHORIZED BY YOU. You agree to pay all fees and charges incurred in connection with your subscription at the rates in effect when the charges were incurred. If WCCI does not receive payment from your credit card issuer or its agent, you agree to pay all amounts due upon demand by WCCI.

(b) Automatic Subscription Renewal
Unless you notify us of your decision to terminate your subscription (as described herein under Section 3 (a) and (b)), your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each subscription term. At the time of renewal, your credit card will be charged our then-current fee for your renewed subscription.

(c) No Refunds
All fees and charges, including charges for automatically renewed subscriptions, are nonrefundable. However, notwithstanding, WCCI agrees that if it is unable to provide the number of tapes in accordance with the length of your subscription term, you will be issued a pro-rata refund for the remainder of your agreement.

(d) Unauthorized Charges
Unless you notify WCCI of any discrepancies or unauthorized charges within thirty (30) days after they first appear on your credit card statement, they will be deemed accepted by you for all purposes, including resolution of inquiries made by your card issuer. You release WCCI from all liabilities and claims of loss resulting from any discrepancy that is not reported to WCCI within thirty (30) days of its first appearance on a credit card statement.

(e) Modifications to Fees or Billing Terms
WCCI RESERVES THE RIGHT, AT ANY TIME, TO CHANGE ITS SUBSCRIPTION FEES AND BILLING METHODS. If any such change is unacceptable to you, you may terminate as provided for under Section 3(a) and (b).

Termination

(a) Termination By You
You may terminate your subscription at any time, with thirty (30) advance days notice either by (i) submitting a written notice of termination to Club 52 c/o WCCI at P.O. Box 490124, College Park, Georgia 30349, Attn: Creflo Dollar Ministries. Once you have terminated, we will stop billing your credit card until and unless you re-subscribe to a Subscription Service. All fees paid and charges made prior to termination as provided herein are nonrefundable, including any advance charge or payment for the subscription term. Termination of your subscription shall not relieve you of any obligations to pay accrued charges.

(b)Termination By Us
You agree that WCCI, in its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, may freeze or terminate your use of the Subscription Service (or any part thereof) and WCCI may also in its sole discretion and at any time modify or discontinue providing the Subscription Service, or any part thereof and you agree that WCCI shall not be liable to you for such action.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

Under this agreement, WCCI has granted only you access to the Subscription Service. However, such products (“Subscription Tapes”) being provided under this agreement are the intellectual property of WCCI or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. The Subscription Tapes may be used for your personal, non-commercial use only. You agree not to (i) reproduce, record, retransmit, distribute, sell, rent, broadcast or circulate the Subscription Tapes (including music content) to any third party, or to (ii) exploit any such content of the Subscription Tapes for commercial purposes. You may not make any unauthorized copies of the Subscription Tapes or any content obtained through them. WCCI reserves all rights not expressly granted hereunder.

5. Technology Limitations And Modifications To Service

WCCI will make reasonable efforts to keep your account and Subscription Service operational. However, certain technical difficulties may, from time to time, result in temporary interruptions and/or defective Subscription Tapes. WCCI agrees, upon notice that any such defective Subscription Tapes were received by you, to either (i) provide a replacement tape within a reasonable period of time, (ii) substitute the defective tape with a new tape with same, similar or different content, or (iii) provide a credit to your account. WCCI also exclusively reserves the right to substitute messages or provide substitute tapes in any form, for any reason, including, but not limited to circumstances where regularly scheduled church services are pre-empted by specific conventions, special services and/or other events.

6. Disclaimer Of Warranty

THE SUBSCRIPTION TAPES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT ANY REPRESENTATION OR WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AS TO THE APPLICATION OR ITS OPERATION. Subscriber understands and agrees that the contents of the Subscription Tapes is unedited content, provided “as is”, an exact replica of the original message as it was preached to a live congregation, without any alteration to the message thereof. As a result, therefore, you agree to hold WCCI harmless for such content, including but not limited to any damage, real or imagined which may be perceived or realized, in whatever format or nature.

7. General

No delay or failure to take action under this Agreement shall constitute any waiver by WCCI of any provision of this Agreement. If any provision of this Agreement is invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, it is, to that extent, deemed omitted and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
