Summary

We may have heard in church that we should not take communion if we have sin in our lives; this causes us to remember our sins instead of remembering what Jesus did for us. We must view Holy Communion in context with the covenant of grace. We eat it not simply to satisfy our hunger, but to celebrate our healing, our deliverance, and our wholeness.
