Good health is something many of us take for granted and never think about, until we get sick. When that happens, we’ve gotten in the habit of reaching for medication or seeing a doctor for relief. There’s nothing wrong with that, but Believers must not forget the origins of where true healing comes from. A sound mind and a healthy body keep us operating at peak efficiency, and they are blessings from God.

“The Lord your God is in the midst of you, a Mighty One, a Savior [Who Saves]! He will rejoice over you with joy; He will rest [in silent satisfaction] and in His love He will be silent and make no mention [of past sins, or even recall them]; He will exult over you with singing” (Zephaniah 3:17, AMPC).

“For this is the covenant that I will make with the house of Israel after those days, saith the Lord; I will put my laws into their mind, and write them in their hearts: and I will be to them a God, and they shall be to me a people” (Hebrews 8:10).
