Mastering Your Emotions Over Depression 2/2

Summary

We can certainly overcome depression, but we must first understand it. Our feelings come from the thoughts we think; if we change the way we think, we can change how we feel. We do this by meditating on God’s Word, which has the power to renew and refocus our minds from old thought patterns that weigh us down to God’s way of thinking, which lifts us up.
