Summary
Honoring and respecting our mothers is part of God’s moral law; it’s His will that we esteem and value them. This is important when children are young, but absolutely critical when they become adults themselves. God is serious about this; in our current environment that doesn’t respect parents or the elderly, this law carries even more weight. Being a blessing to our mothers by treating them well enables God to bless us as well.
