Whatever we do, whether good or evil, will eventually come back to us; doing evil to others ultimately hurts us. We therefore must take seriously Jesus’ command to do unto others what we would have them do to us.

Putting others first isn’t popular in the world, but it’s something we’re commanded to do as Christians walking in Jesus’ footsteps. God prioritizes walking in love over maintaining the status quo.

We spin our wheels and work hard without experiencing any success in life when we depend on our own self-efforts. Seeing real results requires that we ask God for His wisdom and guidance on what He would have us do.
