“Now when the turn of Esther, the daughter of Abihail the uncle of Mordecai, who had taken her for his daughter, was come to go in unto the king, she required nothing but what Hegai the king's chamberlain, the keeper of the women, appointed. And Esther obtained favour in the sight of all them that looked upon her” (Esther 2:15).

“For God so greatly loved and dearly prized the world that He [even] gave up His only begotten (unique) Son, so that whoever believes in (trusts in, clings to, relies on) Him shall not perish (come to destruction, be lost) but have eternal (everlasting) life” (John 3:16, AMPC).

God wants to enrich our lives and provide us with everything we will ever need, but first He needs our full trust in Him. The kind of trust He’s looking for covers every area of our lives, including our finances.

“He that hath ears to hear, let him hear” (Matthew 11:15).

The Word of God is available to anyone willing to listen in faith, but paying attention to worldly traditions dulls our spiritual sense of hearing. If we can escape being ensnared by the world’s contradictory message, we will benefit from hearing the Word.
